A graduate of Université de Montréal’s Faculty of Law, Me Melky joined Schirm & Tremblay Avocats as an articling student in 2021, after which she joined the legal team as a lawyer in 2022 right after she was sworn in and admitted to the roll of the Ordre des avocats du Québec. Prior to her legal training, she studied psychology at the Université de Montréal.

Me Melky has always considered community involvement a key value. She’s been a member of the scouting movement for over 18 years, including five as a youth volunteer.

Me Melky pleads before the Quebec Superior Court and handles all aspects of family law, including divorce, disputes between common-law spouses, child custody and access rights, child and spousal support, division of financial interests and more.

Me Melky is fluent in French, English and Arabic.
