Me Maxime Palassio-Pelletier graduated from the University of Montréal and has been practising as a lawyer with our firm since 2025. Her practice focuses primarily on family law matters and youth protection. She represents a diverse clientele in sensitive and complex matters, adopting a thoughtful, compassionate, and strategic manner of practice.

Before being sworn-in as a lawyer, Me Palassio-Pelletier worked few years both in private practice and the public sector, which allowed her to acquire a good practical experience and to develop a broad and well-rounded perspective to her files, allowing her to address legal issues from multiple angles. Her practice includes matters relating to child custody, third-party access rights, child support and arrears, adoption, youth protection, as well as related issues arising from divorce and separation between common law spouses.

Known for her strong analytical skills, rigor, and pragmatic mindset, she is committed to developing concrete solutions tailored to her clients’ realities and needs, while favouring alternative dispute resolution methods whenever possible.

Committed to access to justice, Me Palassio-Pelletier has also been involved in various volunteer initiatives, including work with organizations serving vulnerable populations, such as Pro Bono Students Canada and the Dr. Julien Foundation.
