Me Viktoriya Pugach has a law degree from Université de Montréal and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2016.

 Me Pugach completed her internship at the Quebec Court of Appeal with the Honourable Jacques Dufresne, retired judge of the Court of Appeal. She then worked for a few years at the Court of Appeal as a research lawyer before joining Schirm & Tremblay Avocats in 2018.

Over the years, Me Pugach has developed in-depth and unique expertise in legal research in all areas of family law and related fields of law. She assists the firm’s lawyers in preparing and developing the legal and strategic foundations of cases before all levels of court.

 Me Pugach also pleads regularly before the Quebec Court of Appeal and assists both lawyers and self-represented litigants during the various stages of the appeal process. She has also been involved in cases before the Supreme Court of Canada, including Association de médiation familiale du Québec v. Bouvier.

 Me Pugach is fluent in French, English and Russian.
